Creating an account or signing in
Preview your puppy’s schedule first, then create a free account to save it and log care. Existing local plans stay available until you save them. After signing in, supported saved care data is available offline and syncs when you reconnect.
- Password requirements: your password must be at least 8 characters. If sign-up doesn't go through, that's the most common reason — try a longer password.
- "Could not reach the server": check your internet connection and try again. Your puppy data stays safe on your device either way.
- Forgot which email you used? Email us and we'll help you recover access.
Premium & billing
- Premium adds multiple dogs, household sharing, up to 30 active custom reminders, progress summaries, care export, vet-ready PDF export, and a photo journal stored on the device where you add photos.
- Restore a purchase: Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Manage Apple subscriptions in your Apple account, Google Play subscriptions in Google Play, and web subscriptions through the billing controls in Settings.
- Photos stay on the device where you add them. They are not included in household sync.
Household sync
Premium households can sync a puppy's schedule across devices. Invite a family member from Settings → Household, then have them enter the join code. Everyone sees the same schedule and updates.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data anytime from Settings → Delete account in the app, or at pupschedule.com/delete-account/.
A note on veterinary care
PupSchedule's schedules describe general, widely used conventions and are not veterinary advice. Every puppy is different — always confirm timing with your veterinarian.
