The 7-day free trial is for new Premium subscribers; after it the plan you chose renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends, or through Manage subscription in Settings on the web before the trial ends, and you are not charged. Web checkout uses Stripe and asks for a card. Prices shown are in US dollars; store prices may vary by region. Lifetime is no longer sold; existing Lifetime owners keep everything.

What is free?
One puppy, the age-based schedule, daily care logs, weight tracking, notes, raw history, and one active custom reminder. Create a free account to save your plan. Free access has no time limit and needs no card.
How does the free trial work?
New Premium subscribers get 7 days free on the monthly or annual plan. In the iPhone and Android apps the trial runs through your App Store or Google Play account; on the web you add a card at checkout and are not charged until the trial ends. After 7 days the plan you picked starts: $89.99 a year or $8.99 a month in the US, renewing until you cancel. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends, or through Manage subscription in Settings on the web, and you are not charged. Store prices may vary by country. The trial is for new subscribers only.
How do reminders work?
Choose a one-time date, daily time, or interval after a matching care log. You choose the timing; the app does not predict medical needs. iPhone and Android reminders require notification permission. In the browser, due reminders appear inside the app, and you can export the next occurrence of each reminder to your calendar. Calendar exports are snapshots and do not follow later app changes. Background browser notifications are not included.
Can my family use one Premium plan?
Yes. One Premium household can share supported pet profiles, schedules, and care logs. Up to 30 active custom reminders apply to the household as a whole. Everyone signs in with their own account.
Are my photos backed up?
The photo journal is stored on the device where you add photos. Photos are not synced to other devices or shared with the household. Keep your original photos backed up separately.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly and annual Premium continue until the paid period ends. Your care history remains available. Extra custom reminders may pause when you return to the free limit of one active reminder. Lifetime is no longer sold; anyone who already bought Lifetime keeps it.
Where do I manage payment?
Manage an Apple purchase in your Apple account subscriptions, a Google Play purchase in Google Play subscriptions, or a web purchase through Manage subscription in Settings. App Store and Google Play purchases can be restored from the app.
