What is free?

One puppy, the age-based schedule, daily care logs, weight tracking, notes, raw history, and one active custom reminder. Create a free account to save your plan. Free access has no time limit.

How do reminders work?

Choose a one-time date, daily time, or interval after a matching care log. You choose the timing; the app does not predict medical needs. iPhone and Android reminders require notification permission. In the browser, due reminders appear inside the app, and you can export the next occurrence of each reminder to your calendar. Calendar exports are snapshots and do not follow later app changes. Background browser notifications are not included.

Can my family use one Premium plan?

Yes. One Premium household can share supported pet profiles, schedules, and care logs. Up to 30 active custom reminders apply to the household as a whole. Everyone signs in with their own account.

Are my photos backed up?

The photo journal is stored on the device where you add photos. Photos are not synced to other devices or shared with the household. Keep your original photos backed up separately.

What happens if I cancel?

Monthly and annual Premium continue until the paid period ends. Your care history remains available. Extra custom reminders may pause when you return to the free limit of one active reminder. Lifetime has no renewal.

Where do I manage payment?

Manage an Apple purchase in your Apple account subscriptions, a Google Play purchase in Google Play subscriptions, or a web purchase through the billing controls in Settings. App Store and Google Play purchases can be restored from the app.
