Privacy policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

This policy covers PupSchedule’s website, web app, iPhone app, and Android app, operated by Net87 LLC. It explains what we collect when you preview a plan, create an account, log care, make a purchase, or contact us.

Accounts and puppy care records

A free account is required to save a new plan and log care. We store your account email, account identifier, password hash or Apple sign-in identifier, and sign-in information. Apple may provide a private relay email if you choose Sign in with Apple. If Apple includes a name during sign-in, we do not store that name. Your puppy profiles, birthdays, schedule progress, care notes, potty and feeding logs, sleep and walks, weight entries, custom reminders, and household membership are stored so the app can save and sync supported data.

When you join a household, supported shared profiles and care records are visible to its members. Care entries identify the household member who recorded them. Do not put sensitive information about people into pet notes. You choose whom to invite.

Information stored on your device

Schedule previews, offline care records, sign-in state, preferences, and pending sync changes use local device storage. The photo journal stays on the device where you add the photos; we do not upload or sync those photos. Keep your original photos backed up separately. Files you export are saved or shared at your direction.

App activity and private feedback

We record selected actions such as opening the app, previewing a plan, creating an account, logging care, creating or completing a reminder, returning to the app, viewing an offer, and starting checkout. These records include a random app installation identifier, platform, app version, time, and a limited entry-point label. Signed-in activity is linked to your account. Activity records do not include pet notes, care measurements, passwords, or photos.

We use this activity to understand where the app is useful, find broken flows, and improve it. An app installation identifier is not a device fingerprint or a verified store download. Purchase activity events do not by themselves prove a payment.

If you send feedback, we store your rating, reason, message, app version, and account details so the app operator can read and address it. Feedback is private. Permission to reply by email is optional and applies to that feedback; it does not subscribe you to marketing email.

Purchases and service providers

Apple or Google Play processes purchases in the mobile apps; Stripe processes web purchases. RevenueCat helps verify mobile purchases and restore Premium. These providers receive the identifiers and transaction details needed to provide their services. We store purchase and entitlement records, and an optional referral code if you use one, to provide access and attribute referrals. We do not receive your full payment card number from the stores.

Hosting, email, sign-in, and payment providers process information needed to run the service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use app activity to track you across other companies’ apps and websites for targeted advertising. The app uses your puppy’s age and species on your device to select optional partner recommendations. We may earn a commission if you follow a partner link and buy. Those links contain a product and offer label, not your account or pet details. Links to outside services, including optional affiliate links, are covered by those services’ privacy policies when you follow them.

Email and server logs

If you separately ask for guide or app updates, we store your email, the product, signup source, and subscription status to send those updates. You can unsubscribe through the link in those emails. Creating an app account or submitting feedback is separate from this email signup.

Our servers maintain access and security logs, which may include IP address, request details, browser information, and errors. We use them for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. Data sent between the app and our service is encrypted in transit.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

We retain account and care records while needed to provide your account and its features. You can edit or delete supported records in the app. Delete your account from Settings or use the account deletion page. Account deletion removes your account and associated data as described in the deletion flow; payment providers may retain records required for their transactions and legal obligations.

Contact support@pupschedule.com from your account email for help accessing or deleting information. Device-local copies and exported files on your other devices may need to be removed there. Cancel an active subscription with the provider where you purchased it; deleting an app or account is not a substitute for canceling renewal.

Children

PupSchedule is intended for adults caring for pets and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
